    👇 Scenario:
You run a small logistics company. A large client who makes up 40% of your revenue is late on payments and keeps asking for discounts.

    💬 What do you do?

    A) Offer a short-term discount and adjust your terms.
    B) Push back and risk losing the client.
    C) Find middle ground and offer other value (not price).
    D) Start phasing out dependency on this client.

I’d probably give in to the request for a discount but also try and phase out dependency on the client to maintain an upper hand.

C & D, negotiation and value go hand in hand – find fair value for both of you. Definitely decrease the reliance on this client as a priority.
